On January 31st, the Alpha Beta Upsilon Omega Chapter had the distinct honor of convening a Gracious Gathering with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.’s® International First Vice President, Charletta Wilson Jacks. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and camaraderie as chapter members and a few special guests engaged in heartfelt conversations, sharing stories of the past and plans for the future.
Three of the North Atlantic Region’s Living Legends were in attendance and added rich insights and inspiring anecdotes to the conversation. Erma Barron, 27th North Atlantic Regional Director, C. Edith Booker, 29th North Atlantic Regional Director, and Meredith Henderson, 33rd North Atlantic Regional Director were in attendance, bringing an undeniable positive energy to the gathering.
The Alpha Beta Upsilon Omega Chapter is grateful for the opportunity to welcome Ms. Wilson Jacks and our lovely Living Legends, as each of them are remarkable leaders in their own right. This Gracious Gathering was a testament to the power of unity and sisterhood.
In conclusion, the event was a resounding success, leaving everyone feeling empowered and motivated to carry forward the sorority’s legacy of excellence!
